Program Name: ProgressBot.AI - Roof Bear SMS Alerts

Program Description: This program sends automated and manual text messages to homeowners who have requested a roofing estimate via our Facebook Lead Forms or website. Messages include discovery questions about roofing needs, follow-ups on missed calls, and appointment scheduling.

1. User Consent

By providing your phone number and submitting a lead form, you consent to receive text messages from ProgressBot.AI on behalf of Roof Bear. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our team and the status of your roofing estimate request. Typically, you can expect 3–5 messages during the initial inquiry phase.

3. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

4. Support and Help

For help or more information, you can email us at kristen@progressbot.ai or call us at (863) 654-1635. You may also reply HELP to any message you receive from us to receive support information directly on your phone.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message sent from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
